Ready to dive into the excitement of March Madness? Our Bracket Challenge is your ticket to all the basketball thrills, and we want YOU to be a part of it!
But first things first, what exactly are March Madness Brackets?
Think of it like this: 64 teams, one epic bracket. Before the action starts, you’ll make predictions for all 63 games. How you make your picks is entirely up to you! Crunch some stats, trust in superstition, or let your pet have a say – it’s all part of the fun.
And here’s the best part: you don’t need to know a thing about basketball to submit a bracket! It’s all about the thrill of the game and supporting a great cause.
Here’s the play-by-play:
- Purchase Your Brackets: You can buy a bracket until the start of the tournament. $25 per bracket or 5 brackets for $100.
- Selection Sunday: March 16th is when they select which teams are in the tournament. We’ll send you an email to submit your brackets through Yahoo after the teams are announced. It’s easy and all online!
- Finalize Your Picks: Get your brackets locked in before the tournament starts on March 20th.
- Watch the Madness: Sit back, relax, and enjoy the games. We’ll keep you updated on your progress.
- Championship Night: Circle April 7th on your calendar for the big game.
- Winning Time: We’ll notify the winners and distribute payouts on April 8th.
Now, let’s talk about the prizes:
- First Place: 70% of the winnings
- Second Place: 20% of the winnings
- Third Place: 10% of the winnings
Exact amounts will be determined based on participation, with 50% of bracket costs going straight to the prize pool. The other 50% going to support Plainfield Marching Arts and help fund the trip to Dayton.
